The Chadds Lake Homeowners operating budget was approved at the homeowners meeting on Sunday, March 15, 2009. This year's annual assessment is $800.00 and is due by April 15, 2009.

 Please make your $800.00 check for the 2009-2010 fiscal year payable to:
