Crime Report for Chalet-Peyton Woods - July 2010

Hello Village Defense customers in Chalet-Peyton Woods!

Congratulations! There has been an 80% reduction of crime for the month of July compared to last year! There was only 1 crime in the neighborhood last month. Please see the attached file for a crime report of all activity in the neighborhood, and feel free to forward this to as many neighbors as you know, because it is vital that as much of the community as possible is aware of what is going on.

History

Village Defense has been in operation in the Chalet-Peyton Woods community as of April 17, 2010 and there are 10 yard signs placed along the entrances and exits of the community. This is the fourth monthly crime report being sent to the community.

Crime

There was only 1 reported crime within Chalet-Peyton Woods during the month of July:

• Residential burglary (forced entry) at 2675 Peyton Woods Trl. on July 13.

There were 5 reported crimes during July of 2009--two autothefts and three burglaries. So, this July you have seen an 80% reduction of crime in the community! Keep up the good work!
