property, signs advertising the sale of a townhouse, political signs, for rent signs, etc. must be mounted in a window on the inside of the unit. Signs may not be placed on the patio fence, the outside of the front door, anywhere on common area including the street side of the masonry fence, or on the exterior of units. Signs on the common area may be removed without notice.
