The current HOA is nothing but problems, what have they done to make this community better? Have they expanded parking? Have they erected a gate/fence to keep the community safe? No they mainly keep everyone residing their in constant frustration with parking and security all while charging a premium to the home owners. They have thier company listed as an annual revenue of 160k with 3 employees. Life is good, when I went there they were all relaxing on their almost 2 hour lunch of their 4 hour work day. Why do we have this HOA?
