I would like to know if anyone else out there is upset about the fact that the association has the right to dictate our use of air conditioning units in our lofts. If you have a loft you must know that these units are needed ALL year long. We use our loft as a TV room and we NEED the air conditioner unit ALL year long in order to be comfortable in that room. Basically, without it we would be unable to utilize the space. Please respond.
