We are now officially in the holiday season. And as the saying goes ''tis the season'', we also need to know that this is also a time when home invasions, burglaries, vandalisms increase as well. This community is no exception to what is going on everywhere. There have been several break-ins in our community over the past few weeks. If you are/have been a victim you need to contact one of the members of the Neighborhood Watch so we are able to notify the rest of the neighborhood. We must all take a step forward in this matter. If you see anything that causes you suspicion please contact the authorities then contact a Board Member or Neighborhood Watch Representative. We need to take these steps first in making our community safe. The Board is currently looking into what we can legally do in terms of controlling the rental property here. Within the next couple of weeks you will be receiving important information regarding some changes in store for McIntyre. We will be planning another community meeting for sometime in January. Please watch for some community activities for December. Your participation is essential for these activities to be successful. The announcements will be forthcoming. We will be having a Neighborhood Watch meeting Sat. December 1 at 12:00 at the pool. The recent incidents will be discussed. Please use this site to express your views and opinions. Remember this is an open forum so be respectful, courteuos and professional when addressing various topics. Thank You.

Break-ins

I saw the news truck the other day at the entrance of the subdivision, and also recieved the note from the HOA. my concern is that i am a single Woman living alone, the other thing is I know lots of people stay home during the day so how do i get help watching my house?
Break-ins

Yes, the local news media was in the community over the weekend, and the're very interested in whats going on in McIntyre (as all homeowners in the community) should be. I would suggest getting to know your neighbors and surrounding neighbors,so that collectively as a group things are noticed in the community. It takes more than a couple people to watch a community of this size.
