Roof Replacement Guidelines

The current guidelines for roof replacement, in addition to replacing with wood shake shingles as originally on the Charterwood homes, are as follows:

*The Landmark roof must have the TL
(Tri-Laminate) designation; lesser product
lines of Landmark are not part of the current
guidelines. Note: The TL designation for
Landmark was inadvertently omitted from the
initial roof guidelines in the August 2002
Newsletter, however, that omission was
corrected in the September 2002 and subsequent
News-letters.

THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE MUST REVIEW AND APPROVE ALL REPLACEMENT DESIGNS VIA DESIGN REVIEW REQUEST (DRR) SUBMITTALS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
