Yard Signs

YARD SIGNS:

Recently, the Board and ACC have noticed many unapproved signs in Charterwood yards. In view of this the following Covenant restrictions should be noted:

Article VIII, Common Scheme Restrictions, Section 6, states that ?“ No advertising or signs of any character shall be erected, placed, permitted or maintained on any Lot other than a name plate of the occupant and a street number?…..except for a ?“for sale?” sign?…..?”

Accordingly, signs pertaining to replacement roofing, windows, etc., or any other promotions are not permitted; even if the promoter is providing a service price reduction for such display.

It should be noted that per Senate Bill 05-100, political signs are allowed in accordance with associated Lakewood ordinances.
