STORM WATER RETENTION POND

UPDATE

Harry spoke to George Smileys office on 3-6-08 about status of storm water pond repair,he states that they are in the process of legal actions to get it turned over to the county,they in turn will repair the pond and get it up to standard.When it is up to standard they will turn it over to the neighborhood and it becomes our responsibilty.Any new information on this issue will be posted here as it comes in.
