This is my first time posting........does anyone know anything about the new building going up on Pleasant Street across from the Oak Hill Nursing Home parking lot??   The property used to be an old single family home that burned down several months ago.   It looks like two buildings are going up.   I haven't heard or read anything about a change of ownership or anything......does anybody have any idea?  pat

I believe that it is just the small house and garage replacemnet that was there before as my memory recalls, but will try to check out.

Hi Arthur.....I went by today and noticed that framework is now in place......these are (2) separate homes - both identical, with attached garages.   I hope these are not low income developments at the bottom of Oak Hill.   If two homes are being built, should there have been any type of notice regarding a change of use in the property??

I thought the same thing as I looked more carefully today...Have a call into our councilman to check
