Chelsea Woods Courts Condominium

Any thoughts please post. I feel we should have a maintenance man he 5 days a week and this onsite manager get taken off of our payroll now. We can monitor whether or not he is doing his job.

Hi, I agree with you that this onsite manager on this condominium is doing nothing and don't understand her job. I don't know why your condo management company hire her, looks like the management doesn't know how to hire people, they just pick up from somewhere and put it there. I feel pity on your community because if you look at it, it's getting worse and the value of your property is getting low and it will become a ghetto place. Poor place. Thanks
