THE KING?’S POINT COMMITTEE meets on an ?“as needed?” basis. They have not yet heard back from the developer with respect to the objections to their development plan, but expect to be meeting with them soon for review and discussion. They are also working, through Chenango?’s attorney, with Cherry Creek Schools regarding Middle School #8, it?’s location and traffic issues.
