We arrived home from vacation...to find our beautiful blue spruce evergreen trees, cut...although there is an easement..the trees are on our property....not one word was ever discussed, asked, written...etc...we never hear a thing...just came home to see our trees..that look like most of the other older blue spruce trees in the neighborhood...cut...baring about 4 to 5 feet of the bottom...opening up full viewing of our property...(our property was once robbed...since we are next to the entrance...we like to keep a little privacy from the road...and as we drove the neighborhood..most of our neighbors do the same..with their trees)...
I can't imagine how anyone would feel...to come home..and have 4 to 6 trees of theres...which runs along the street and property...butchered..without even a notice.
Does the changing HOA have the right to do as they wish with your yard??...we maintain our yard...and help keep the neighborhood clean and safe...why would they do this???
