The mission of the Cherry Hills Vista Community Association, a voluntary organization, is to foster good communication among residents living within the Association's boundaries, and to speak with a collective and consensual voice before metropolitan agencies, public and private on issues of neighborhood concern. The Association will strive, at the same time, not to become yet another layer of government while representing the neighborhood?’s concerns.
