Please note that effective July 1, 2004 we will no longer have an on-Site manager. The position has been combined with our maintenance crew. We have three (3) individuals that are providing all maintenance for the Hampton Club. (Common area maintenance only). If you see any items in the common area that needs repair please call Midstate Management at 908-874-6375 and let Kathy know. Midstate will create a maintenance ticket and fax it to Sam Alizio. Sam and his crew will complete the repair in 72 hours.
