New “Yard of the Month” Competition

In an effort to promote community spirit and encourage some friendly neighborhood competition, the CWCA Trustees have established a new ?“Yard of the Month?” program. Anonymous judges from the North will select the Yard of the Month in the South and anonymous judges from the South will select the Yard of the Month in the North. Each monthly winner will have a sign prominently displayed in the resident?’s yard which will recognize the hard work and gardening skills of the winner.

There are only two rules for eligibility: (1) The resident must be current in CWCA dues and (2) the resident cannot be in violation of any CWCA deed restriction.
