I'm also requesting on hands involvement on this once beautiful business&residential neighbor hood. This block here E.35th Street is a pillar of home business and corporate mixture. There's no reason why everyone have to suffer due to two families on this block  of E. 35Th. St irresponsible parenting disrespecting your guidelines as well as many police reinforcing East lawn rules.
