Next Meeting and Minutes

Next Meeting is Tuesday, December 2, 2008 6:30 p.m. board meeting and 7:00 p.m. Meeting - only item to be discussed is budget for 2009 and the approval of the minutes and treasurer report.
The Meeting will be held at 608 N. Remington Way
in the Chisholm Trail Addition. Everyone bring a dessert to share. The only meeting item on the agenda is discussion and approval of the 2009 Budget. Please come and enjoy this social event! Call Karen at 376-1430 for more details.

Minutes of the September 30, 2008 meeting. The following are the approved committee chairmen:
Membership - Bob Battles
Beautification - David & Geri Dosa
Yard of the Month - Loreta Gooch
Caring - Bess Wessler
Pet Registration - Renae Pool and Merri Cantrell
Newsletter - Karen Battles
Garage Sale - Alison Donnelly
Volunteers were requested - one from each of the 3 neighborhoods to distribute the newsletters to block captains in their neighborhoods. Larry Anderson agreed to be the volunteer for Chisholm Trail Addition. Officers were nominated and approved as:

Bob Battles - President
Sara Hurston - Vice President
Alan Brown - Secretary
Larry Anderson - Treasurer
Loreta Gooch - Member at Large

The board needs one more Member at Large - a volunteer is requested. Volunteer still needed to chair the petition drive to downzone two lots in our additions. The Mayor is also looking for volunteers to circulate his petitions for the ball parks. The fall garage sale is 10/3 and 10/4. There will be a fall planting of 7 evergreens at the Geronimo beautification project in a week.

Treasurer Report - September balance $1,184.22 Monies deposited in September $430 - Expenses $444.38 (Mowing for September and August was $360). Ending Bank Balance $1,169.84. Projected Expenses to end of year - Printing $86.70, Postage $42, Christmas Awards $100, OG&E $48, Precure Nursery $582.63 = Total $979.33. This will leave a balance of $190.51. Savings Account Balance - $1,016.59. New Memberships and Renewals are needed. Meeting adjourned.
