Cholla Area Neighborhood

The dumpsters in the neighborhood have been filled with grass, palm tree cuttings, and other "landscaping" remains, to the point of not being able to use the dumpsters in the alley.  This has been going on for months.  Contacted City of Phoenix.  They need addresses.  If this happens to you, please report.  They will investigate and hopefully put a stop to this.  We are paying for these people to use our trash facilities and they are not residents!
