why is it stated when you go to the cholla meeting that they are quartly , when they are only three times a yr. maybe they are on the same math program that the goverment is on- say one thing and do another.
are they still doing the group meeting? it seems like no one cares at all about anything in the neighborhood- if something dont give and we all start working together and doing our part- weather or neighbors do or not, well if we arent carefull we will soon look like the south phx and i am referring to the really bad part.
I am sure everyone has noticed the growning graffati all over. and all the over grown grass and weeds- we are in mid january folks lets get back to doing our lawn again, please. It doesnt seem like people have pride anymore.
