Does anyone know where to start a complaint about the apartment complex on Lochbrae and Baxter? Chain link Fence surrounds the complex. I live within viewing distance and i witness Drug transactions all day, Car theft and people tresspassing. I have HAD ENOUGH and would like to see this taken care of. I have children and i fear for there safety. Any information on how to go about getting someone to pay attention to this comlex would be greatly appreciated.
