Cimarron Ranchos HOA

I got woken up at 2AM by a renter 3 doors down last year. He was trying to get 2 dogs to "meet eachother" so he could bring a new one into his hourse. AT 2AM in the street in front of my house?? they were barking non-stop ofcourse. I simply asked him if there was a problem when I went out there. He started cursing at me, called me the C word woman hate, jumped in his truck and acted like he was going to run me over. I NEVER CONFRONT a neighbor now if I have a problem. A HOA complaint or call 311. Since 60% of our neighborhood has been foreclosed on, and most are now rentals, this nice SW neighborhood has gone to hell!!  I live now live in Trashville. Barking dogs, overgrown yards. NOT the kind of people who purchased their homes when we did 5 years ago. I'd move but I like my house!! And are any other neighborhoods better now really??  And I was here first!!!! I used to rent, but I was a good neighbor, cleaned my yard, didn't let the dog bark. What is wrong with these people????

If your apartment complex does not take responsibility for their noise issues, you may need to contact the local government for help. Depending on where you live in Las Vegas, different sound and noise level ordinances may apply to your area. Las Vegas Municipal Sound codes are more strict thanClark County noise ordinances, so if you live within the technical city limits of Las Vegas outside the Strip Area, you have more room to complain than Las Vegas area residents living in technically unincorporated areas of Clark County.

the Noise from amplified Booming in Rock in Rio at 89109 affects >+ residences, many businesses, Hotels rentals, pedestrians, automobile traffic, and commercial properties constituting a nuisance and hazard to health, wealth, and peaceful well-being.  This neighborhood is not proper for Rock in Rio USA,vegas 2015 or any other year.  This belongs in the desert.  The Metro. Police and Clark Co. NV commissioners

technically we live in the Strip area, 89109.  But the noise nuisance of Rock in Rio vegas

usa 2015 boomed to thousands of feet, to miles outside of our neighborhood,

and we are in 89109 in the Las Vegas city and ordinances prohibiting noise should apply to our >+3,000 RESIDENCES, permanent 10.,000 residents, 10 Condominium Towers, and renters some of whom are children and disabled elderly.
