Sal,

I don't think Denise Nordstrom is the owner of Castle Realty Management Services; I think one of the Board member is.

I will dig down to the bottom whether there will be a civil lawsuit or not.

Denise & Susan

Denise Nordstrom & Susan Hoover were given the current management contract for Circle C. The company they own is Full Circle Management.

They don't pay us for the only commercial office space in Circle C.

They both worked for Bartlett under Castle Realty before Full Circle.

Subject: FAQ's About Stratus Tract 102

Dear Circle C Homeowners:

We have had a question regarding the parcel of land located just east of the green water tower on Slaughter Lane, south side. This is referred to as Tract 102 and was part of the Stratus Settlement Agreement last year. Facts about this parcel:

1) This parcel is owned by Stratus Properties. It is being marketed by Stratus Properties. This tract does not belong to the Circle C Homeowners Association, and is not part of the CCHOA. No CCHOA Board Member has any financial interest in the tract or the disposition of the tract. It is part of the Circle C Commercial Property Association which is controlled by Stratus Properties. 2) There were numerous public meetings held regarding the zoning of the parcel. They occurred in May, June and July of 2002. The CCHOA held several public meetings to discuss the specifics of the tract, the proposal went through all of the City of Austin Boards and Commissions and was discussed extensively by the Austin City Council in a number of public hearings prior to Council approval.

The parcel was originally scheduled for multifamily (apartments). Circle C residents strongly favored a well designed storage facility over multi family units. The specifics of the site were discussed with all interested residents, and numerous design and aesthetic considerations were included in the commercial deed restrictions to address the concerns of residents.

At a meeting of the CCHOA in June 2002, consensus by the homeowners to support the zoning and settlement was recommended. Many Circle C residents attended meetings of the Platting and Zoning Commission and the Austin City Council to express their support.

3) After much negotiation between Stratus and the City of Austin, a significant portion of the tract was donated to the City of Austin to enhance the adjacent water quality protection land. It will be preserved in the same fashion as the other water quality protection land located west of the soccer field road. The remainder of the site, near the water tower, was zoned for a controlled mini-storage facility with a number of restrictions placed on it. They include:

a) No truck or trailer rental allowed. No car washing, car sales or related auto activities.

b) No building or structure may be constructed within 25' of the Slaughter Lane right of way.

c) All deed restrictions and design guidelines of the Commercial Property Owners Association apply. These are very specific restrictions on materials, colors, signage, and landscaping, among other things.

We would encourage all Circle C residents to become fully informed about the Stratus Settlement Agreement, which completed all of the zoning for Circle C Ranch. Also, all of the agreements, restrictive covenants, deed restrictions and any other agreements between the CCHOA and Stratus Properties are available for review at the Circle C Information Center.

BOD, Get Real.

The post I made on the 8th, ''that man behind the curtain!'' was in response to the post you made/email sent out by Denise Nordstrom (part owner of our management company).

Since all contractors and our BOD (including our ''management company'') have ties with Bradley (that's YOUR money), it's usually difficult to differentiate between propaganda and truth. As I see it, they are simply protecting their own personal intere$ts. It's called a conflict of Interest.

In the official email sent out by Denise, ''consensus by the homeowners to support the zoning and settlement was recommended'' means they cut a deal that worked for them, they then had a 3 hour presentation, bored the audience, squashed any opposition or serious questions, and sold it to you. They told us that we liked it.

You can't change history Ken.

You guys cut a deal, then sold it to Circle C.

They once said they called the FBI and Police for an ''investigation'' of ''stolen'' emails.

There is no FBI record, others who have contacts within the FBI have checked.

They would never share the Austin Police investigation information or incident number (I've tried).

Denise promised at a hearing, to share the name of the computer specialist that claimed there was a theft, but then ''changed her mind'' soon afterwords.

Heck, we've even been trying for months to get the minutes to the monthly BOD meetings for this year - without success!

So much for all information being available to all members. So much for the truth.
