How Castle Realty Management Services, L.L.C. Profited Off YOU & ME!


In mid July of 2001, the landscaping portion of Alien, Inc.?’s business was taken over by Circle C Landscape L.L.C., a company owned by Susan Hoover, our former Secretary/Treasurer.

In January 2002, some other part of Alien, Inc.?’s business was taken over by Castle Realty Management Services, L.L.C., a company owned by Steve Bartlett, our current vice-President according to Sal Costello?’s research.

The total amount funneled into Castle Realty Management Services, L.L.C. from January 2002 through October 2002 was $103,061.

Castle Realty Management also made a profit on the lifeguards?’ payroll, but Mr. Bartlett was so kind to us that he had ONLY made 5% profit instead of 10% profit made by Alien, Inc. Should we give Mr. Bartlett some credit for not being so greedy? The answer should be NO. Lifeguards are CCHOA?’s employees and their payroll should be handled by our Bookkeeper ?– Terri Shea Giles. There is absolutely no reason that can justify why our payroll needs to be handled by a third party especially if it results in an extra charge of 5-10%. Just a reminder: Our part-time bookkeeper gets paid of more than a full-time accountant!

Castle Realty Management Services, L.L.C. charged us some outrageous fees:

(1) Board?’s meetings/communications (Voluntary Services) at $55 per hour
(2) Review of Stratus Property?’s Deed Restriction at $55 per hour
(3) Survey on Stratus Property at $55 per hour
(4) E-mails to Stratus Property at $55 per hour
(5) Business related to Stratus Property at $55 per hour
(6) Preparation of Annual Meeting at $55 per hour
(7) Homeowner meetings at $55 per hour
(8) Homeowner issues at $55 per hour

This above information was based on actual billing statements. The above services were supposed to be either voluntary services or services that had nothing to do with us. How unbelievable it is that Circle C homeowners could be charged for handling another Developer?’s (Stratus Property) business?

The reason I mentioned your name in the above Investigative Report was because I was not 100% certain that Castle Realty Management was owned by Steve Bartlett. You put that information on the Web site of circlec.cc as follows:

Denise Nordstrom & Susan Hoover were given the current management contract for Circle C. The company they own is Full Circle Management.

They don't pay us for the only commercial office space in Circle C.

They both worked for Bartlett under Castle Realty before Full Circle.

Are you so, so uncomfortable about your own research?! I hope you didn't make up something! If you have ever made up something, you should prepare to get sued by BOD.
