The Hearing was a joke, which , if you had bothered to do your homework before blabbing on the chat page, you would have known. The Motion was denied. Your Board members won todays hearing.

I was quite surprised that Beckie Gammon, a lawyer herself, could send me a e-mail like this. I always think lawyers are all well educated people; they are more classic. How wrong I could be?!
I view this web site as a neutral place for all the Circle C homeowners to discuss and to express our opinions and ideas. And also it is a place to announce good and bad news regarding our community. Why should we act like two groups of people against each other? I don't view yesterday's court ruling as a defeat; it was only a disappointment. What a big deal!
A defeat would be that we pretend to be blind and fool ourselves that everything is fine at CCHOA and let these same board members to handling things as usual forever.
