This bill limits home builders to 2 years for their work, no matter what! So, if your pipes all start leaking after 25 months, you have no recourse and you have some really big hoops to jump through if you think you can just go sue them!
Another bill that our new Senator Wentworth offered up (with Telecom lobby money) would have made it illegal to run more than one computer or device off of your cable or DSL broadband modem, without paying for it. It would make it very expensive to run a computer server or web site from your home broadband service.
