Agree

Get rid of Board members O'Reilly and Rigsbee. Get them out of office. They clearly can't do the job of runing this CCHOA - Get them out.

These guys aren't interested in the CCHOA. They're interested in self-preservation - and that's a sorry state of leadership for any organization.

Get them out. They waste your time and mine. They don't lead - they simply stand up and pontificate absurdities.

This upcoming meeting is an example of their absurdity. The meeting should be for the following purposes: To hear CCHOA candidates for the Board; for the residents/members of the CCHOA to hear the various candidates' ideas, goals, what they would do if elected, and why the position is important to them; and it should be a time for the residents/members to ask candidates questions.

Any forum for candidates that aren't running for CCHOA Board positions should be at another meeting.

Tell the Board you don't want their continued lack of leadership.

Tell them to stop wasting your time.

Tell them you want the CCHOA Board candidates, only, heard at the upcoming meeting.

If the Board doesn't change the meeting agenda to reflect your needs and wishes, don't show up for the meeting until the 2nd hour - just in time for the CCHOA Board candidates.

I feel sorry for the external candidates (non-CCHOA Board candidates) who'll come and get stuck presenting in this mess. It's a waste of their time too if people aren't interested in hearing their messages.

Here we go again !!

The Circle C Repulican PAC needs to bud out. They don't belong in HOA meetings.

And, now, tell me, who wants a one sided Nominee forum ? What are we supposed to do, write down our questions and turn them in (again)?

Has nothing changed ?

If the county commissers and judges want our time, the damned well can host their own forum - they are PROFESSIONAL politicians and they get paid to do this.

CCHOA directors are volunteers and their time is donated. They deserve our full attention, support, and questions.

Second

I also agree that emailing them is a waste of time. They've made it abundantly clear that they don't give a &%$# what we think/want; this situation will be no different.

I think a better way to handle it would be to boycott this absurd meeting and hold a separate, independent candidates' forum similar to the one that took place last week. Maybe more of the candidates will have the courtesy/common sense to show up.
We don't need no stinkin PAC man

Question. Who is paying for the space to hold this candidates forum? Us? The PAC?
Who controls the PAC?
Rigsbee?
Gee so we get the honor of hearing his hand-picked candidates?
Sounds like a one-party system to me. You know where else they do that? Communist countries.
Third world countries.
Sound pretty dagburnit unAmerican to me, doesn't it to you too Mr. Rigsbee?
