Can't handle he truth...
This one is easy...Some people could care less about the truth. I know i'm not one of them.
It bugs me that I pay hundreds of dollars a year to an association that refuses to clearly answer simple questions relating to where that money goes and how it is spent. Their paranoia and anger alone is enough cause for alarm!
It bugs me that the association is run by a three person BOD that attempts to rig elections and seems willing to do anything to consolidate power.
It bugs me when I attend the annual meeting and the BOD won't allow ANY input or recognize motions from the homeowners they supposedly represent.
AND...It all started after only living here for a week. When I paid a visit to the association ''information'' office to innocently ask about deed restrictions -I was greeted by a snot nosed,overgrown frat rat who told me not to come back without my ownership papers! He was such a prick - I knew something wasn't right.
That's why I care about the truth.
Sure, some of people who posts here are a bit whacky and over the top. You have to take some things with a grain of salt...But the fact is the core issues are valid.
We pay incredibly high dues - and the services we get in return are not THAT spectacular! For the money we pay, if we ask the BOD to jump, they should say - ''how hi?''
