One Homeowner's Response

I just received this e-mail from one Circle C homeowner.

The other day I got a phone call from another homeowner. She told me that she would send a letter to the Board to demand an explanation about our Rental Income.

What an absolute jerk this guy is! Sounds like he's watched too many Sopranos episodes...''Don't cross the line, you will get me MAD...''

Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah...

I think the way he responds to criticism is all you need to know regarding his ability to interact with others - much less represent us on the board. Whether or not he's guilty of any wrongdoing - the fact that a supposedly ''stable'' adult would send an e-mail like that speaks volumes!

Half-facts & Half-information?


Dear Mr. Rigsbee,

What do you mean of ?“half-facts and half-information?”?

The contents in my report of CCHOA Financial Shenanigans were based on the data on our Income & Expenses Statements and research information. It was made BEFORE I had access to CCHOA's financial documents.

However, the contents in the eleven Investigative Reports which were made AFTER reviewing and analyzing the CCHOA?’s financial documents were 100% facts! There was no fabrication and exaggeration.

I am still waiting to hear from you ?– WHO has pocketed the rent on the property of 5919 La Crosse Ave.? Don?’t play dead and deaf; it won?’t work on me. If you refuse answering my question, you will be compelled to answer to the District Attorney, IRS, Jury and Judge!

Do you know what is so great about this country? NO ONE CAN BE ABOVE THE LAWS ?– no matter how ?“BIG?” you think you are!
