The CCHOA proxies were not prepared properly. They really need a date on them, since they are revokeable.

Hang on to them, though. I have a better plan (stay tuned).

The blue pages descibed as a BALLOT are bogus as hell. There is no way they can be used in that format. CCHOA does not know what they are doing with those unworkable ballots (see Robert's Rules of Order).

Meanwhile, DO hang on to the yellow sheet with the CCHOA's watered down version of the real By-Laws ammendments.

CCHOA made mess out of very thoughtful and careful work that their own CCHOA By-Laws committee spent 6 months preparing. Don Abrams summarily dismissed the By-Laws commmittee and then Ken Rigsbee personally chastised defamed the of that committee and it's chair, Royal Massat.

In the meantime, you should be heard, so write to:

info@circlecranch.com

Tell them what a shame it is that they published this phony ballot and highly edited (gutted) set of weak By-Law proposals on you, the members they are suppose to serve.

And then, ask them why they refuse to adopt the CODE OF ETHICS Policy that was included with the original By-Laws committee work !

NOTE: I have published the DRAFT of that document on the main page of this web site.

Code of Ethics for CCHOA

The CCHOA By-Laws committee produced and offered the CODE OF ETHICS policy, which can be found, read, and printed at this web site:
