Total amount of the property taxes paid for the above three vacant lots in 2002 was $1,530.41, CCHOA's Check #005809.
Dear Board of Directors:
I am inquiring on behalf of all the Circle C homeowners regarding the above property taxes payment.
According to the Texas Secretary of State, Webb Troup Enterprises, Inc. had changed it?’s name to Jimmy Evans Family Partnership, Ltd. on 6/21/2002.
Would you kindly explain to us, homeowners, why our hard-earned money is being used to pay someone else property taxes? We look forward to hearing from you soon.
