Hello Neighbors,

Why the new discussion board change?

I've heard what you've been saying, and that's the reason why your posts will now show your username. I believe that this will be an improvement for our resident Circle C site and will keep a couple of people from posting under many names. From what I've been hearing from my neighbors, this was the time.

Since this site became popular some months back, those who don't like the idea of neighbors talking about issues (some BOD supporters), have tried to discredit the site through personal attacks on many of our neighbors and yours truly. The CCHOA BOD has threatened to sue me for starting this site. They produced a signed resolution. They have sent the resolution to the FCC. This site will not be shut down. We live in the United States and the CCHOA is our company, funded with our money.

We all welcome debate on the issues, if your intention is to detract attention of the issues by turning this site into a mud pit with personal attacks, your post will be deleted.

I have reposted what I believe to be ''the best of'' the old site, important information for the residents here at Circle C.

Please get involved with your community by joining committees and offering your time as a NEW Board member. We will need fresh faces to run for the board, neighbors that will stand for residents and nobody else. Neighbors that will not give contracts out to freinds. The CCHOA is OUR company. We pay the dues. We have the right to information about our company/HOA.

The CCHOA had 15 years to provide a forum for residents to discuss issues. At this time our resident discussion board is all we have to connect with each other 24/7. Post your thoughts on this website. Without your posts, we all loose this true communications connection with each other. Circle C Residents who are members and pay dues: keep on posting, asking questions, sharing your thoughts, facts and opinions! And, tell your neighbors about www.circlec.CC!

Pot Calling the Kettle...

It appears that you continue to suffer from the delusional condition of thinking anyone really believes or takes anything you say seriously.
Bruised by your own tactics of blasting people personally and getting it from the mysterious signor ''Anonymous'' goes down somewhat bitterly, doesn't it Sal?
You bore us with your statements of high scruple protections. We needed to be protected from the likes of you and Batman long ago.
Fascism hurts when you are on the receiving end doesn't it Boy Wonder?
I guess when you remove the libelous postings of the Crazy Lady Down the Block, (that doesn't pay her dues)we will consider that you really do want to make this a meaningful site.
The CCHOA has for 15 years had an ''open door'' policy. At the regular meetings (before easy access to the web)many offered and were heard on manageable complaints. Oh yeah, that was before you moved in here. Still ashamed to tell your socialist friends downtown where you live?
All this idiot site has done is to give vent to the conspiracy theorists who have villified and libeled hard working selfless people.
Protesting with your noble intentions waxes thin my friend.
You lost credibility with your own Anonymous postings.
Are those going to stop too? Who did you think you were fooling?
Abuse of Priviledges?

I believe the discussion board was changed because a person (or persons) ''espoused a particulr viewpoint that was different'' from the web site coordinator. This is against the rules of the neighborhood link organization.

No one has tried to discredit this site except Sal. The ''attacks'' that are/were made were made against the Board of Directors for Circle C Homeowners Association by Sal. The posts that were deleted were merely taking the side of our elected directors and asking the mud slinging against them to stop.

We do welcome ''Freedom of Speech'' but I guess Sal does not. He only states this basic right when it reflects something he wants to say.

You say, Sal, that we all welcome debate on the issues but you will delete posts when they are turning this site into a mud pit with personal attacks. I say, Sal, that you should delete your messages that show mud slinging against the board, Gary, Susan, Jim S., Swimteam, or whomever. You cannot have your cake and eat it too, although you believe you can.

I also believe Sal has abused his priviledges for being a web site coordinator for CircleC.CC or any other neighborhood link site by revealing personal information in this Talk about section.

If you read the Privacy Statement it says ''You can visit the Neighborhood Link Web site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself...there are places on our Web site when we may need information from you....it is our intent to let you know before we collect personal information from you...please remember any information that is disclosed in the Public Forum areas becomes public information...please exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.'' Since a number of us did not want our personal information disclosed...we did not disclose it...however...the site coordinator (Sal) did. He really should have known better than to do this!

Who IS THE PERSON SLINGING MUD?
