Hazy?

It seems as though you are only hazy when it comes to looking at something contrary to your notions of the way things ought to be.
In spite of your ''impressions'' of the judges attitude, here it is as outlined in the CCHOA E-mail:

CCHOA Homeowners-2

SOS Thugs-0

Simply put, the judge accepted what is true and proper. That is that Mr. Gammon's action is self serving and much ado about nothing.
Yes, the board has run afoul of some procedural things (as volunteer and career bureaucrats alike are prone to do.
But on balance it was found that no crime has been comitted and that as long as the board works harder (in spite of their life's demands) at operating in an open and procedural manner, they should proceed pretty much as they did before the idiot suit.
Yeah, that's what we need. More bureaucratic procedure to slow down and impede actually getting anything done. Little bitty Circle C now must operate like the Austin City Council- AGHAST!
All this so the nattering nabobs of negativity can tell their friends at SOS cocktail parties that they have put Circle C on notice. Since Gary Bradley is out of the picture the new villian will be any person in Circle C that tries to bring thought, reason and some quality of life into our development without dues only the Dellionaires can afford.
And oh yeah, lest we foget. The other result of this is that dues will rise significantly. First to pay for this lawsuit and then for the bureacracy necessary to operate so Batman and Robin can get access to any arcane document necessary to maintain their vigil for non-existent corruption and scandal. I know I'll be sleeping better.
The other result is that your e-mail address is now open to the world. Think you are getting spam now? Wait.
you have Batman and Boy Wonder to thank for this too.
Thanks for your valuable effort
Cynthia.
All this wouldn't be possible without your valuable support to the Gammon gang.

Jim S. you are right.

Well JIm Schaffrath, at least you got the doofus part of your message right. Perfect new name you picked out for yourself.

I'm actaully a member of this HOA (you are still not) and I've sure not heard any fat lady singing.

........Nope, not a peep.

Yes Hazy!

Dear ''doofus''(your word not mind),

I have not had the privilege to read the CCHOA email. But I suggest you reread my post, especially the part where I welcome any more information. Thanks for posting that there is a CCHOA email. I will read it.

Now, I accept your right to disagree with me. I accept your right to be angry about any injustice you feel has been done to the BOD. I also accept your right to post anonymous. Now accept the fact that adults disagree and when done in the proper manner everyone involved can benefit.

Yes, I support the efforts of Bill Gammon. For many years I have tried to talk with the BOD and was totally ignored. Last year at the annual meeting a homeowner waited and waited to discuss the pool lights that were flooding her house at 5am. Our BOD closed the meeting while she was asking questions. She and many homeowners have had problems that have been ignored. Another neighbor contacted the architectural control committee about a hugh extension that was planned for the house behind them. The extension was approved and some 5 years later this neighbor feels the extension is still a water drainage problem for the surrounding neighbors. There are so many more stories like these. I'm happy that you have not had any negative experience. But don't blame those of us complain about our injustices. We would like to enjoy our neighborhood as you apparently do.

This lawsuit was unnecessary. It could have been avoided. But it is here. Let's stop calling names and gain a better neighborhood from this ordeal.

I wear the mniker proudly.

Better for a man to think you a fool than to open your mouth and prove him right.
Clean the wax out of your ears Sal. The fat lady is hitting high C's.
You and Batman have succeeded only in creating animosity and anguish.
Thanks for all your support in getting ours (yes mine too) homeowners dues raised.
And oh yeah, thanks for making our e-mail lists public property. I expect to forward you all my spam in the coming months. Hope your computer can handle it.
Doofus and proud of it!
