Circle C Neighbors

An Open Plea

Hey People!

Try to give her a break. I think she speaks for many who are just tired of the name calling coming from both sides...Those who are really for positive change don't need the name calling - because the issues are on our side.

A 2 way street

Pam,

Thanks for your post here on the resident website. I agree we need to move forward. Please advise your friend, that does not own any property here in Circle C, that we are trying to mend bridges here, not burn them.

Isn't it time we moved forward? If not, please let me know.

Mr. Hodes,

Aren't we taking ourselves a bit seriously these days. Your post requiring a board apology to us the ''great unwashed'' is right out of Mao's writing.

Your attitude is why many? doctors would rather stand by and let a diner choke than to attempt to resuscitate him only to be sued by the? family for trying to save him and failing.

Your umbrage drips of arrogance and contempt that is only found in scared people that find it better to criticize leaders that try to lead on their own.

A human that is truly interested in reconciliation offers a hand in humble friendship to put differences behind. Demanding an apology of the egregiously wronged is beneath contempt and verifies what a sad little man you must be.

Pamela

Pamela,

It was most likely me that was disgusted by a pro-Bartlett flyer. Indeed, I met you a year ago when I went to hear an alternative candidate to Bartlett speak only to have Rigsbee and O'Really classlessly break up the discussion.

You seem like a nice lady and a good neighbor, but that doesn't make me any less disgusted by the thought of voting for Bartlett, et al. You shouldn't take it personally that I would rather have a flat tire...in the rain...while stuck in mud than vote for your candidate.

I didn't even notice that you were the one handing the flyer out. Seeing someone as nice as yourself supporting the status quo would certainly have been a disappointment. However, I am under no obligation to take any flyers,
(Q-9) signs or propaganda. I thought that I flipped the paper back onto the top of your stack. If it fell at your feet, I apologize for the inconvenience. I promise you that I would have thrown it away for you had I known.

I am also disgusted that I received the board's opinions on how I should vote when I got my ballot (who paid for that?)...that I asked O'Really 4 years ago to increase the board size and he refused until someone had the guts to bring a self-funded lawsuit to the board allowing us a simple choice...that I was threatened 4 years ago with the erection of a street light pole on my lot by then Bradley secretary and CCHOA board member and now self proclaimed arborist expert, Hoover, if I didn't quit asking questions...that our board lied to us about the Escarpment extension and Bartlett's role in same...that after the intial pool committee meeting, O'Really decided to intervene when too many questions were being asked...etc. etc.

Yes, I am disgusted, but hopeful that CC will prosper in the future with the help of residents such as yourself and Bill Gammon.
