I've lived in Circle C less than a year, this is the first time I am posting to this site.

I had to call the Circle C Information phone number for the first time to get a simple question answered about the pool. This was about two weeks ago. The woman who answered the phone was named Denise. She came off as disrespectful, and ever since, I've felt strange as I drive back into Circle C at the end of my work day. This really bothers me, and it shouldn't. Has anyone else had any disrespect from this individual?

No call for bad manners - ever!

The new CCHOA board of directors adopted a new code of conduct earlier this month. There will be more about the details of that pledge, and you should know that it defines a new policy for conduct for the staff, CCHOA employees, and for the members, too!

Many of the personality clashes have resulted from poor communication and a long standing policy of secrecy withing the HOA. For whatever reasons this occured in the past, IT IS OVER!

This is YOUR HOA. As member, you have rights. You should expect professional behavior and conduct at all times. On the other hand, you have an obligation to do the same.

There will be some discussion about this very issue, in the near future. However, our new board has a lot to learn and investigate right now and they have only been able to address a few of their highest priorities. So, some changes will take place, but they will take some time.

Keep in mind that 60% of our CCHOA funds are spent on the Landscaping and on the Pool, so those are two areas getting the most attention (and the books, of course).

I hope you will not hesitate to call the office as often as you need to. Use email, as well.

The CCHOA office staff is not exclusively for the CCHOA members. Currenlty, they work for CCHOA 50% of their time and for Bartlett's development company the other 50%.

They have set set office hours for CCHOA members (M-W-F mornings, and T-Th afternoons, I think).

The pool use and policies are handled by the Recreation Committee - you may want to write an email directed tot that committee for policy issues.

If you have any further problems, please do share your experience here and copy me in your email correspondence, if you want to.
