Ever wonder about the Details of the pool survey? I know I like to see raw data...not that spoonfed propaganda the BOD wants to serve up.

HOT OFF THE UNDERGROUND PRESS!

I just received the ALL THE DETAILS of the Circle C Swim SURVEY from one of my many friends! (This is Part 1 of 2)

Note the VERY LOW numbers for the resident usage of the Swim Team (1. d. & 1. e.)

I plan to post all the actual compiled COMMENTS from residents Friday
(Part 2 of 2) That's the real good stuff!

It's not easy to read...but, each of the 4 sets of numbers are in this order:
Frequent Usage
Occasional Usage
Rare Usage
Never

Pool Not User Friendly

Even though I am NOT a big fan of public pools because of the heavy chemicals needed to keep up, since I have lived here (over 3.5 yrs) I have used it only once and it was a weekend. When I was one the BOD of my HOA, we made sure that OUR pool was user friendly to owners. Our hours allowed homeowners ADULTS to swim at night (up to 9pm) as long as they were quiet and did not disturb others. Owners had pool keys to unlock gate (which automatically re-locked after gate closed for safety) Now I realize that we a much larger assoc. BUT, when I have wanted to go there just for
R & R & a dip, the pool was

1. Closed because of the hours
Should be open early morning to evening in summer. (I have no idea of pool hrs anymore as I gave up) If I am not mistaking sometimes the pool opens at NOON! Oh that?’s user friendly
2. To many teams hogging the pool with it being all roped off. Especially during the week when I would swim as it?’s quieter.

Many mornings when I have walked by the pool I have considered swimming but it is filled with these teams using this rope-hanging thing for training.

This is also why I?’ve said that we should all PAY THE SAME HOA dues. It should have nothing to do with appraised values. What does the value of my house have to do with this? I know many people, MANY that live in associations and NOT ONE, pays HOA dues like CCR on appraised values from Travis Co. which BTW, these values can vary on the same homes.
I pay for a pool that I cannot use and wish that the BOD (squating BOD) would get it.

The Actual Survey!

Yet another resident friend helps out!

This is the actual survey in the original form (much easier to read). The BOD made it clear that this survey was top secret and not to be shared with the residents:
