Of course they'll help developer

Too much of Circle C's financial activities still have Bradley's fingerprints on them. His trust was (and still could be?) partners with the Circle C landscaping company for years. He and/or his trust was a partner in Circle C Swimming, the for-profit business that took away our pool.
Hoover is on the board of the Circle C daycare center.
Bradley's still calling the shots. And who's letting him? But what the hey, it's only $1.5 million of OUR money, annually??!!
The choice for next month's election is clear.
Oh yeah, and why exactly is there a street called ''Rigsbee Court'' in Circle C???? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

All in the Family

Bradleys connection is directly through Susan Hoover and the other board members. The Statesman (or Austin Business Journal) reported that Susan Hoover received a 0% (zero%) loan from Bradley for Circle C Landscaping.

The majority of our 1.5 million dollars worth of contracts have gone to one person. The developers right hand assistant, Susan Hoover. Susan Hoover had no landscape experience before she received the landscape contract. The landscape contract is our largest expense.

Susan Hoover also has the management company contract, with Denise Nordstrom (again no experience).

Susan Hoover also has the Review and Inspection contract (that has never been put up for bid. With most HOA's this role is handled by an architect). When you call to put in a gazebo, or a deck, or a shed ect...and pay the HOA to have Susan Hoover come over to approve it, 85% of what you give the HOA goes to Susan Hoover.

Susan Hoover is also the Architectural control committee for Circle C.

FYI: The night of the election, Nordstrom, Hoover, Abrams, Rigsbee, O'Reilly and other committee members were in your info center at 5919 La Crosse. Many of them were drinking beers. Is that what our offices are for? Hanging out and drinking beer?

CCR coverage in the Gazette

You know that local newspaper in every store all over Oak hill? The one that cost 50 cents ? It's called the Oak Hill Gazette.

Pick one up this week-end and check out their long article about our election. Jim Haviland's article was well written, and complete, unlike the Statesman blurb.

There are some interesting comments and quotes well worth reading!
