Dear Directors of the Board:

To be frank, I am not a big fan of class action lawsuit. As a matter of fact, I was reluctant to initiate a class action lawsuit about two years ago because I didn?’t want the lawsuit to cause a huge increase in the Association?’s insurance premium in the future. I, personally, prefer to seek justice by turning over the incriminating evidence to the authorities and letting a judge and jury decide an appropriate punishment.

I thought once we had a new management team, the Association?’s services would be handled by an outside professional and the hemorrhage of our hard-earned money into our former board members?’ pockets would be stopped. How disappointing it is that it didn?’t turn out that way.

If you are all savvy enough and all responsible enough, you would have severed all financial ties with our former board members as soon as you took over power, and we, homeowners, would not continue being victimized up to this day.

During last year, you have all failed to do what we elected you to do; you all have done just the opposite ?– striking a cozy relationship with our former board members and helping them to keep the service contracts. This is truly an ultimate betrayal to all of us.

As a homeowner, I am not willing to sacrifice my interest for your incompetence and intentional neglect, and therefore, I am going to initial a class action lawsuit against all of you in the very near future.

In the next few days, I will post the summary of the wrongdoings at the Web site of http://www.circlec.cc, so you can have an idea what will be in the content of the lawsuit. Hopefully, this lawsuit will root out corruption in the Circle C Homeowners Association once and for all and give the Association a real healthy, fresh start.

Sincerely,
Lisa Sun
Circle C Homeowner
