I've heard complaints about fireworks, in both urban and rural situations. In fact, a lot of people are suffering from these things for a huge variety of reasons.
This group is not hot air--going to Tallahassee, hiring a lobbyist, meeting with Senators and House Representatives, enjoining other large state-wide groups in this venture, and speaking in front of the Legislative Committees WILL effect a change in fireworks use.
