Providence seems to have taken some action, but we are just doing the same stuff, borrowing more money and hiring relatives as usual.

After watching last night's City Council meeting, it looks like they (the Council) will do nothing until FY12 (July 1st). The Administration has implemented some cuts, but the majority will probably not be seen until FY12. |

I guess they are not convinced that there is a big deficit. If people refinanced like the city is doing, we might say they are paying extra interest needlesslly. |
