City of Spring Valley

One of the wonderful benefits of living in Spring Valley, near Goose Creek, is that we are privileged to see up close so many species of wildlife.  Please help preserve this gift.  Do not unleash dogs to let them chase the geese who have been displaced because of the recent rains.  They are already frantic because of their loss.  Let the snakes and turtles do their thing and tell the children not to throw rocks at them.  And please lower the speed limit coming down the hill towards 22.  A Mallard deck has a nest nearby and its mate has been seen sitting in the middle of the road.  Thank you!!
