I. APPOINTMENTS TO:
 CITY PLAN COMMISSION
 BOARD OF ZONING
 PORT AUTHORITY
 REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
 BOARD OF MILWAUKEE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, and
 BUSINESS INVESTMENT DISTRICT BOARDS
 ZONING ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP - ZAG, and,
 OTHER COMMITTEES OF GOVERNMENT HAVE A ?“CRITERIA FOR SELECTION?” THAT IS ?“INCLUSIVE?”, REPRESENTS ALL THE CONSTITUENTS AND ACCURATELY AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEB, LEGISLATIVE LIBRARY AND THE DEPARTMENTS.

II. APPOINTMENTS TO:
 CITY PLAN COMMISSION
 BOARD OF ZONING
 PORT AUTHORITY
 REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
 BUSINESS INVESTMENT DISTRICT BOARDS
 BOARD OF MILWAUKEE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, and
 ZONING ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP - ZAG, and,
 DCD MANAGEMENT CENTER, and,
 OTHER COMMITTEES OF GOVERNMENT ARE TRAINED, GIVEN EXPECTATIONS, ANNUALLY REVIEWED; AND, REMOVED AFTER TWO SUCCESSFUL TERMS.
Note: Oath, training, expectations, retentions, and removals (end of term) should be done immediately. Also, expectations should definitely include ?“knowledge of materials and issues?” they/committee members are voting on and ?“the importance of public trust and ethics in their roles as decision-makers?”.

OTHER COMMITTEES OF GOVERNMENT ARE CLEARLY REPRESENTATIVE OF ?“PEOPLE OF COLOR?” and ?“PEOPLE FROM THE INNER CITY?” ?– African American, Latino, Asian, American Indian, parents, property owners, community outreach workers, clergy, school teachers, neighborhood entrepreneurs, young adults, w-2 recipients, retirees, social service organizations.

 MINUTES OF ALL APPOINTED COMMITTEE MEETINGS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE - FIRST 10 PAGES, ?“FREE?”.

 ANNUAL REVIEW & REPORTING OF BUSINESS DISTRICTS &THEIR EFFECTIVENESS.

 ANNUAL REVIEW OF COMPREHENSIVE PLANS W/STAKEHOLDERS AFFECTED, NOW TO 2010
?– Smart Growth Initiative ?– 66.1001
?– Encourage update

 ENCOURAGE VISITS TO CFNBA REALITY CHECK SYMPOSIUMS ?– Quarterly Townhall Meetings
?– Mayor?’s Scheduling.
?– Scheduling by Staff of Advisors, Department Heads, Cabinet Members, Police Department, Common Council.

 ENCOURAGE SENSITIVITY TRAINING ANNUALLY IN ALL DEPARTMENTS INCLUDING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT

 DEMAND THAT YOUR STAFF, CABINET MEMBERS AND CITY GOVERNMENT STAFF ARE:

>>>TRAINED OF SERVICES ?– DEPARTMENT REPRESENTED
