starting 1/1/2007 you will no longer be able put yard waste in your regular trash pick up. DSWA is banning tree limbs,grass,leaves ect. what i see happening is our parkland , under the 95/glenrock bridge, penn .ave school and any where they can dump at night, will becoming a trashy rat infested mess .just go to chester and see the mess they leave around that city when pa banned yard waste. the funny thing is that if you pay $7 more per month DSWA will find room for yard waste. call our Representative and voice your opinion.

i was thinking about chuck hebner.a really great representative we once had in our district and claymont.he always looked out for all the people of delaware.he wouldnt have allowed a ban such as this.home construction waste is what they should ban.40% of a new homes material ends up in the dump.how many new houses have been built in del. in the last 10 years.????thats alot of trash.call Wayne Smith see how you make out..........
