Criminals are looking for easy targets! Keep your garage doors closed, Close your windows at night to help prevent break ins.
Please encourage your neighbors to feed pets indoors or make sure all remaining food is cleaned up to keep rodents out of our neighborhood.
Keep your eyes open to any suspicious activities.

In addition to the meeting
There have been 2 vehicles stolen from our neighborhood. A car that was parked on the street had a window broken out of it. Another vehicle was broken into and this homeowner lost her child's clothing, and an expensive hand held game. We also went over again a home being broken into in broad daylight in which a couple of neighbors assisted the police in catching them.
Our neighborhood was involved in a large drug find as well when a large van was parked in a court apparently for someone else to pickup. The driver was confronted by a homeowner and the driver ran. The van was filled with drugs.

I have participated, got involved, and put up with excuses. The Columbus Police Department has not helped or supported our community at all. The criminals are not comming into our community, they live here.
