Recently we received a letter from the City advising that the normal garbage / waste pick up procedures were being stopped due to the length and narrowness of our street.  I understand the residents of several other narrow lanes received the same letter.  Yesterday I wrote to the employee who sent the letter, with a copy to Ms. Morgan, our city council member.
