CB4 to DOT: Truck strudy incomplete- must include 9th avenue

June 2006- CB4 ask New York City DOT to reopen its Truck Study to include recommendations on 9th avenue and Lincoln tunnel entrances and preserve the special Chelsea district zone .
Too much of the study relies on signage and on understaffed preccinctr for enforcement.
