1. Purpose of Meeting
   • First official meeting to vote for HOA board

   • Barb and Dave Aldrich,
   • Mike and Sheila Meetsma.

1. Discussed board positions and who would occupy.
2.  Did a preliminary vote of the attendees.  Vote being cast for Mike Meetsma as President, Dave Aldrich as Vice President, Nick Rapagnani as Treasurer, and Barb Aldrich as Secretary.
3. General house complaints and stories, heating, plumbing, drainage…
4. HOA dues: when should the dues be paid? Get a definite answer for Tom on when the start date should begin and have that in writing. Sarah and JJ have an email from Tom about homeowner’s dues cutoff. They will send it by email.

1.  
   • Make a cap of the Rentals at 75-80% occupancy of owned homes. Grandfather the 8 rentals in, at this time, due to the economic problems.

   • Do a walk around transition with Tom for the turn over of the association. (Ensure everything is complete for the transition).

   • Find out where the drywall came from and have a letter from Tom stating, where it was bought. (10/30 – Sent email letter to Tom requesting information)

   • Remove Old West Mortgage sign and graffiti on the fence.

   • Setup Google Website (Emily and Barb) send out ballots to be emailed back.
   • Have a Newsletter that goes out by email.

   • Setup association bank accounts (complete)
   • Finish legal paperwork for state and IRS for Association (Complete)
