The Cracker Barrel Newsletter (Village of Schaumburg) asked the residents to help out the Public Works Department in assisting them in keeping the fire hydrants visible and free from snow. They are asking us to adopt a fire hydrant in front of our homes. So if you notice some snow or ice around a fire hydrant, please clean it off so the fire dept. can get to it easier.
