I spotted the first Hummingbird I have seen this year early this morning.  I put up my feeders in an attempt to keep them visiting in my yard.

Can anyone identify these birds I see circling over the neighborhood ??  They are too small to be buzzards and also too small to be Red Tailed Hawks.  Any ideas??

Some of them are red-tailed hawks.  I see them often and one sometimes lights on my fence or in the oak tree in my backyard.

Time to put out the hummingbird feeders!  Hummers are amazing to watch.

I also have sunflowers from the sunflower seeds I put out as bird food every winter, and goldfinches are drawn to them.
