Colonial Acres

About 1:50am on Sunday 7/25/10, we were awakened by one of our dogs who was barking. Upon looking out of a front window, I observed an individual, who appeared to be a W/M, sitting on a 3 or 4-wheeler with a front headlight on.  He was between a large tree and large shrubs on the sidewalk between two properties (kind of in a hidden area).  He immediately went out the first available driveway onto Hummingbird, and sped westbound towards Colonial.  I have no idea what this individual was doing, but I seriously doubt that at ten until 2 on a Sunday morning, that he was up to any good.  This took place on Hummingbird about half way between Ivy and Colonial.  Please be on the lookout for this individual, and be vigilant but stay safe.
